2lt ln130 engine upgrade

hi guys i have looked for a thread about the deisel pump and how to wind the fuel up as i dont want to run massive boost :( etc...
i have a 1989 ln130 manual 2lt and am also thinking about putting an intercooler on this has anyone done it and pros or cons ??? thanks for any input guys and gals :)

I never did it to mine, tho I do believe you will have to find the correct size intercooler (small, r32 skyline one from memory?) unless your truck has a body lift.

yes i have a 60mm body lift and 2.5" sus lift

dude, winding up the fuel and not boost = bang. Wind up boost only = slim to no change. Wind up boost and fuel = fast.

ive wound the boost up abit but nothing huge thus i need to do the fuel aswell

I did the washers on the turbo trick fromthat Aussie site to slightly increase the boost and was quite impressed with the results, just did 1.2mm washers so as not to go mental and explode my fragile Toyota head!!!!

when i did the rodeo (isuzu 2.8T) we used a 3.1 intercooler set up, plumbed in a BOV with a 18 psi spring with out the actuator.

closed up the wastegate and then when it boosted to 18 psi it would force the BOV open releasing the pressure back to the airbox.

yea i did the washer trick for the actuater ands shes got a few herbs after that now :D but to make it abit faster i gots to wind up fuel aswell,

i have a 1kzte sitting on a pallet waiting for this to blow so i have the luxury of giving it death but dont want to blow it because of bad fuel mix
