Castor Wedges?

Post by H2OLOVA »

Need to get hold of some 2 degree castor wedges. These are the things that you fit between your diff and springs to set castor angle. Where can i get some???

If no one on ORE has any, the place that I have found best and always seem to have a good selection are the truck wreckers. Sometimes you just need to cut the sides off with an angle grinder. I know Nelson truck spares have a heap.

My best guess would be somewhere that does heavy vehicle wheel alignments.

i have tried all around NZ and the best i could come up with was a set from John Bates, which is where i got my first set from, the problem is the in the ID of the centre pin is far too large.

Tires are like boobs, they always look big until you have played with them for a while, then you just want a bigger set.
