what tyres should i run

Post by wellsie24 »

have been given a set of 15x8inch steelies with -24 offset going to use them on the ln106 which is stock height and is currently running 15x7inch steelies with -11 offset and on them is 30x9.5/15inch At's wanna use the 15x8s for more width and hopefully run bigger mud tyres what is the biggest mud tyre i can fit on the 15x8s without rubbing on guards etc also what are the best mud tyres to go for only got about 350 to spend per tyre

cheers richard

If you want no rubbing at all, you probably won't fit bigger than a 31 on a standard hilux without a lift. $350 a tyre is quite a decent budget. I run 31x10.5x15 GT Savero MTs as my road/easy trip tyres and they're awesome for the $210 a tyre I paid.
