im running a hydralic winch powered off the pto in my LC
to get the pump working fast enough i have to engage drive gear on the auto.
this means that im unable to winch and drive.
so using the idea of a diff head gearing, and the pto turning the drive axle which will then turn the pinion, this will gaive me an increase in speed,from what the pto out put is to hopefully what the pump rpm needs
so what is available either from a car or 4x4 for an indipendant suspension diff at around 3.0 to 3.5/1 ratio
the idea is to use a common dif the is not going to be too dear from pick a part or some where similar i have to watch the pennys as im allready thousands over budget as it is
mind you man has it got some power

any ideas would be appreicated
