Well the plan is to clean out the Prado after spilling 2L of orange juice in it while at the winch challenge, lucky no carpet.
Gee that stuff stinks after a few days....No ants yet.
Then off to the Farm on Sunday for a few hours to help Monstr (Steve) and the others tidy up a bit after the winch challenge. I think we have a few stray bits of bunting to collect, drains to check and clear and ground anchor divots to put back.

for the last 3 years I have had a tandem car trailer but no toy to put on it after selling my 40, but that changed today

Image

apparently it wouldn't drive so I got it home and put some trans fluid in it and went racing round the streets

Image

it has a few special items in it too, like the square tip exhaust.............

Image

polished front driveshaft.............

Image

mudflaps I can sell to Taz01.................

Image

and a 1S toyota motor which is apparently 1800cc of power..........

Well I didn't do all that much.

On Saturday I found a pool of coolant on the floor in the Lada. Took the centre console apart, and found where it was leaking. Freakin' hard to get to, difflock and high/low knobs kept punching me in the ribs

Yesterday I went on a Daimler SP250 Dart car club run (unfortunately not in my Dad's Dart  ). 'Twas pretty good. testing the capacity of the little Hobsonville cafe (it was the farmers market on the same day)

Then I bought some extra pipes and joins for the Lada heater hoses, so it isn't kinked like it was before.

I'm really beginning to hate the previous owner!

*Edit, I was told the meeting was here:

Brook Hotel, Southbrook, Rangiora.

Has it changed?
