Got my 96 KZN185 Surf up for sale if any one is interested.

I'm looking for another 4wd that is a bit more capable with a flat deck on it, a D/C Hilux with 80 series diffs & factory lockers on coils would be ideal.... we can all dream though

Anything been done to the engine??

Nope never been touched, seems to be 'one' of those engines that just keep going, no signs at all, I'd say it'll put on half a million kms without thinking about it. Run's great with the intercooler and exhaust.

How many km/l do you get out of it around town and open road? Cheers

I can't say I've ever actually kept an eye on it, we have a diesel tank on the farm at home so I just stays topped up all the time. It's not my daily driver either, only gets driven every few weeks at the moment.
