Who built this sj?

I currently own this sj and have no idea who built it.
I bought it of a lady who bought it for her husband but then they broke up. When she bought it it all ready had the mods done to it but she dosent know sweet f-all about what had been done to it.

Has any one seen it around or knows who built it?
