Aircon re-gassing R12.

Anyone used LPG?Belive it works for the lower pressure systems the run the old R12 gas.

Dunno what they use now, but the old R12 is probably not used cos of its destructive effects on the ozone layer.

There IS a repalcement, and any halfway decent refrigeration engineer could advise you.

Go and see you local whiteware or appliance reapair whizz. He should have info.
