You need to put the URL to to the image (when it's on photobucket) between the two img tags

there is a box down over on the right hand side next to your picture
it has 4 lines in it and if you click on them they will say copied
get the 4th one down and paste it here

You only need one set of IMG code at either end, the link you copied from photobucket puts the IMG code in, you don't need to add it on this site.
