i got close to that. when i first had the safari, they are a wide truck and you can't know where that left hand wheel in running :oops:

And that section is on private land, no wonder the locals are kicking up a stink about us off roaders. This does not help the cause at all. That whole "horse shoe" area is private land.

I know what you mean. Last time i was there, there were broken beer bottles + boxes, rubbish and rifle shells that littered the area. Definitely doesn't help.

Correct, a couple of clubs will avoid it and stick to the riverbed when doing the Waipara. I'm guilty of driving it in the past as well though...that whale was past the worst bit and on the home straight, got no idea why he turned the wheel
