is there anyone in the napier area that can take alook at this truck for me,look over it,take some more photos etc.will give you 50bucks for your troubles,so basically a box of beer or 2.Rich

hey mate, thats heath from the local 4x4 club, always seemed to go anywhere, pretty good money for what you get really. the owner has his own workshop and seemed to keep it in good condition. it had the 2.8 diesel and thenhe swapped a Lexus into it and now the commy motor.
SASed Isuzu Mu - hilux diffs, Rears up front, disc brake conversion, ifs hub swap, crossover steering, and legal!!!!

Thanks,yea does seem like alot of truck for the money.anyone no of a cheaper way to get it back to chch,have been quoted $780 from jeffs,probley not a bad price.

toll auto express, they are the cheapest look them up. they will pick up from his place, then drop it to either your place or cheaper again to the toll depo in riccarton by the railway
toymota thats stock standard.

you could get him to get it to wellington, get yourself a cheap web flight to welly the drive it home (if it has a WOF)
I was quoted $1150.00 +gst by jeffs to transport trailer (with a 4X4 on it) from P North to chch, thnat would have cost mejust under $1400.00
I drove up (left home at 4am, got the ferry, drove to palmy, picked up truck/trailer back tom Welly, bought a pizza ($10.90) slept in my tow vehicle (isuzu bighorn) at he ferry terminal, got the 1st ferry south, home by 5pm next day.......
Total price for ferry, fuel, diesel tax, food and accomodation (if you can call it that).....$780.00

I got my hilux dcab from invercargill for $580 to me here in hasting's hawkes bay a couple of months ago real good to deal with ive got the contact details if you want them, There online to
