rear diff lock
rear diff lock
the rear diff lock when engadged the light is flashing. is that normal or is the light not meant to flash. When disingaded light goes off. just wondering if it meant to be solid or it meant to flash
Re: rear diff lock
Goes solid when its in. Check if it is going in, DO you hear the pump (do it with engine off and key on) and you must have the centre diff locked, and be going very slow or stopped for it to go in.

Yea i hear the pump go and everything like that but the light stays flashing what you think this could be? and then when i push the button to go out i hear something click out
Re: rear diff lock
Is the diff actually locking? Jack up one wheel and check.
Its most likely the switch in the diff, but check to see if its locking. the teeth can get damaged inside, one chap had a tooth bend and the diff couldn't lock.

Re: rear diff lock
Does the pump stop? Should go for a few seconds then stop. If it keeps running, it's probably an air leak.
