anyone else have problems with gearboxes on these? my old man bought his brand new in 2003, problem first started when 2nd gear went big style, so in goes a new box, since then, had problems getting into reverse, just cant seem to find it. just get locked out. been fixed 4 times now at Archibald & Shorter, problem still comes back again. tempted to put in a 1UZ and a cruiser box. anyone come across this problem? or know someone who can help?

It the R380 gearbox, they have adjustable gates for reverse etc. Can adjust with G.box in place, really easy to do.
