change your diff ratios to correct the difference in tyre size

ie if stock ratio on 31's is 4.1
then 4.3 will work with 33's
and 4.5 with 35's

speedo should be close to correct depending on actual tyre size

Where are you based?

These guys do it in Christchurch, $250 for the last one I got done.

I have a an adapter to go from 31's to 35's from my KZJ78 Prado, sits between the speedo cable and gearbox. It might fit. What model gearbox do you have?

jaycar makes a do it yourself kit so you solder it together. It then means you don't need to ever worry about it again as you have 100% adjustment either way. it sells for about $68 i believe. Its called speedo adjustment kit mkII i believe
