crossover steering min requiments to fit??

crossover steering whats the go with clearance? my j arm is bent and hitting the springs now , but want to know how much of spring lift you need to be able to do mod, if i could look a a truck with it in would be good im in west auckland or even some pics ?

do you have to have droped crossmember
