Piston rings

Post by Andrew1706 »

Where else can I source ring sets from?

STAParts and ACL are out of stock with none in the country apparently, repco have no idea as per normal

Still yet to try genuine toyota but imagine it would be expensive

I need to go into a Repco and see whats up, the guy had 4 different listings which ranged from $187 to $780 but had no idea what the difference was

Appco had them at $500+gst

Toyota wanted $1490+gst ex palmerston north

ACL were around $130, STA were $160 so if the cheaper one from Repco is all good I'll chase that up.

I have everything else to put my engine back together, except the rings!!!!!!!!!!!1

I generally go to them first....If they don't have it normally doesn't take long to get it.

Most of the stock comes from Aussie....
