diesel generator

Post by mike »

I've got a shitty old diesel genset that im getting going and its got a v-belt pully on it these dimensions.

OD 170mm
ID 90mm (i can machine bigger if need be)
PCD (bolt hole diameter) 111mm ( i can change this )
width roughly 16 mm with face flat on one side ie offset middle

V details:
10.4 wide at top
2.5 wide at bottom
10.4 deep

anyone know where i can get these things from?

Try Saeco. It looks like its an odd size but there are some suppliers that make it. 8x7 is a more common size and might do if you have access to a mill or a file.

I'd try skf. Same as saeco but better trade up here. They may have keys as well but I can't remember where I got mine from. If worst comes to worst could you run a bi-loc pulley straight on the shaft? Then you can position it wherever it needs to go and I believe you can get a 170 or very close to it.
