adustable panhard rods for 89 patrol

hi all, I have just bought a new set of 3" lift springs and shocks for my nissan patrol and went to order adustable panhard rods and longer break lines from my mechanic, and after his reaserch said you cant get them for that year anymore ,
So my question being, there are that many similar wagons with lift kits there must be something out there for them.
So if anyone has some they want to sell or knows where to get them from it would be greatly appreciated,

bollocks, 4wbits has them, not a dime a dozen, but best to have your axles centred under ya truck

Try a different mechanic. The panhards were the same up until the GU where the front panhard mount had a slight change.
4wdbits should have them, failing that, you could get your panhards modified to be adjustable, or just extended to suit.

I didnt think he was right, if i was to modify the ones on there what hapens when it comes to a cert, and what do you do to modify them,
I am on a very small budget so dont want to spend to much (miss is allready getting her hackels up)
are there cheaper ones out there than the one you posted coxsy or is that about the norm.
the other thing was a gear box packer where do you get them or can you just make your own,

I got my panhards modded by Howat Engineering in Wellington, under $200ea including larger diameter tubing, just mean you have to send them there, but can potentially save $500, which can go towards a cert.

I ran a 3" lift in my swb, didn't bother with panhards until I went up to 4".

If i was to do any welding to modify them they would have to be done by a certified welder ah

Ill look through the archives and find out what they cost me, I got mine done by a certified welded just to make sure.

So they just use bush the mounts, new bigger tube thread ect. for $200 each? Sounds like a good option.

Yeah, just cut the ends off and reused them. Prices etc may have changed as it was a couple of years ago now.

fitted my springs and shocks yesterday, and it went up 4", looks awsome, very happy
think i got the deal of the year, they were dobson springs and raw nitro maxs shock, were in a guys swb patrol for a month and he didnt like the ride, so pulled them out, cost him $1700, I bought them all for $460, cant complain with that, all suits my lwb fine, back axel is prity much center over the body and front axel needs to go over about 20mm. sure one of those adusters will sort that.
there is a bit of vibration at around 90km, guesing thats universals on the drive line causing that? so maybe new ones will fix it? got a longer break line for the rear coming next week and will just put the one on there now on the front. breather hoses on diffs all extended, probley get some new bushes on sway bars too, just a little sloppy with corection, ride is firm but good,
all in all cant be too much happier with it all

yea that would be great, or is ok just to make up my own with some 10mm steel plate and drill holes to suit the bolt holes,
will the bolts need lengthining to?

Use the brake line from the rear onto the front as it has the same ends but is a bit longer. That is the normal process eg custom made for the rear and rear to the front.
