Im contemplating using an SC14 supercharger mounted in the stock A/C pump position and i want to move my turbo up slightly to clear it.
But definitely turbo then S/C, IC, engine in that order.
Initial thoughts on Methanol injection.

5L+GT35@21psi= 223RWHP
5L+GT35@30+psi= 287RWHP....
Great tow Vehicle!

Re: Initial thoughts on Methanol injection.
SCs made in the last 20 years should be ok with methanol. after the turbo and before the blower should be helpful, a little nozzle before the IC should help drop temps and keep the heat soak down, and after the IC should take most of the flow.
Re: Initial thoughts on Methanol injection.
my understanding is that you can't inject much pre IC before it starts pooling in the IC. so it a case of whats going to most suited, before turbo or between turbo and SC.
before SC will cool the SC slightly which may help with a very hot running SC.
i would check the the toyota SC will be able to handle the boost and temps. you might have to look at IC before the SC as well.

Hence the little nozzle before IC, and the most of the flow after the IC. Go small before all three of them, and then big after the IC. If I had room to get a fitting welded before my IC I would have a m.5 on it, just like I have before the turbo, but it's a vertical drop from the IC to the turbo, and I don't want to play that game. There was a discussion about pre, between and after turbo discussion on a DSM website earlier this year, I will try to find it.
