Stolen Safari

Stolen yesterday afternoon my mates 1990 Black/Grey nissan safari 35 maxis bighorns on 7 inch standard safari rims lifted bulbars prs radio unibend steel snorkel
Rego YA7353
was taken from McAlpines at Rangiora sometime between 2.15pm and 5.00pm off the car park for the workers right infront of office boys have had alook round the Ashley and down the mak but nothing yet

will note down the reg and keep an eye out for it kev my job takes me all over canterbury mate.

Thanks mike he said there was not a lot of fuel in it so it would not have got far have some local boys having a look round the area

If it's hoons then check the Waipara, Ashley, Waimak etc.
If it's parts then they will be more organised, will keep an eye out around Banks P, plus we're going to Culverden this weekend so will watch out for it.

Is it a club truck Kev?

Ill keep an eye out for it over banks peninsula ways.

kev the pics i have found are before any real mods ,the pics i have are andrew stuck in a mud hole dnt really show much,can post if want thou,

the snorkel on the safari sits a lot higher above roof level than normal one as its one from auto bend,just saw this truck last saturday at mid canty winch comp ,noticed snorkel then

on another note from what heard today chch police have nabbed a we syndicate of wreckers who were stealing/parting/selling and deporting 4X4's

thats all i know no names yet......

Thats probably got something to do with an article in today's or yesterday's Press...apparently they have nabbed some significant people who were targeting vehicles and selling the bodies to scrap merchants.
