update: Anonymous visitors currently have a cache of 1 hour (cant change that, its broken - yet another thing to fix - like buying a new engine and having to fix the injector pump as its stuck on a certain output ) will look at moving that to 5 mins. should halve the load on the server. good news is thought that those anon visitors have lightening quick pages (just upto an hour out of date )
