I believe hosehustler got his cheap but that what I heard,
Mines never been offroad and is in top condition, there is brand new tyres for half of what i paid for them and they havent even been fitted yet. Given the buyer the option of buying or fitting more agresive tyres instead, I reaslise it doesnt have lookers and bar work but most people who buy trucks with bar work end up changing it anyway so I have left it as a blank canvas.

And lockers are for everyone I havent found them nessary yet but if the new buyer want lockers, lsd or what ever they desire.

Jase got what he wanted which was 17 the other day and it had bar work and lockers as well. And 15 is only the asking price I will look at offfers

My old truck I never found I needed them all i do is rivers and shingle roads.

The surf has been up and down shingle roads tarmac and on the farm to take rubbish to the dump. The surf was a build for hunting to get into better places and make it more comfy and stronger than ifs

Not really a good comparison there though is it? Jase's truck had a capital investment of well over $50 000.00. Still yours is worth what ever someone will pay for it. Just don't keep bleating on that it isn't selling or trying to justify the price of it. :)

they are relevant comments about modded surfs and there values, yours is a standard surf with a lift kit and a solid front diff so the comments are saying its not worth as much as the much higher modded ones that have sold recently, dont get me wrong yours is a very tidy looking truck but to the off-road guys its worth less as they will still need to spend money on lockers, winch and bar work with adds up to shit loads and to the everyday peeps wanting a tidy sur for fishing/towing the boat etc then they dont care about lift kits and SAS swaps.

Who did the work??

In that pic at least, with out actually having seen the truck in the flesh, it just doesn't look quite right. Maybe the radius arm mounts need dropping to bring them back down flatter and that would correct the pinion angle??

Might make it drive nicer for when people come and test drive it :D :D

I know who ya feel though, my truck has been on tardme for a while with people interested, but nobody has made the right offer yet. No rush though

Drives awesome mate doesnt wonder or anything drives like its ifs still. Out drives a stock kzn185 for sure.

It was done by 4wd upgrades and I asked them to make the mounts as high as possible for clarance and fit castor correction bushes fitted, maybe in the future when I have spare money I will get the bushes changed back and the knuckles rotated.

Cert man said it was the best he driven in steering responce power handling etc in a long time

In talks with someone at the moe but iif I still own it in a months it will be getting a kzn165 xtra cab body put on if it fits or a single cab
