Fitting a 410 t-case will lower your hi +low gearing to below standard with you 30s .I've read that you should look for post 83 t-case as the earlyer cases have smaller output shafts ,and you will need to swap the output shafts with your 413 ones ,ather wise it should be a straight swap.

If you are going to get a 410 transfercase to lower your gearing a little bit, get a 1984 one with the shift light. Email "Mudfkr" on here as he is usually advertising them on Trademe.
The reason you want to get a latter model 410 one is so when you go up in tyre size (its Inevitable  ) you can do the following conversion yourself - apart from the machining.

I would have to say (and I know Im not the only one) this would have to be the best mod Ive done to my zuk outside of tyres...

Swaybar - just that . Stops the car swaying in corners , otherwise known as body roll . When one wheel goes up the bar lifts the other wheel to keep the vehicle flat . Not what you want for offroading , want one wheel up and one down etc .

Take it off , will not miss it .

Er... be a bit careful if your springs are old & shagged tho. Mine would start rolling from side to side on a straight road  when I had a bit of a load on after doing this. Once I beefed up the springs & shocks it was sweet.

If it breaks, build it stronger.
If it doesn't break, drive it harder.

I just did a 1600 conversion and I would recomend it to all. Lucky for me I found a muilt point for the right price :D And managed to con some friends into doing lots of the work  But its like dricing a diffrent truck. Even on 31's it just trucks up any hill in any gear (within reason) A carbed one would be an easy option. The fuel injection is great for starting and its a bit better on fuel than the old 1300 donk.

I have a funny feeling they are sided?? ie there is a LH and a RH spring, you didnt put them round the wrong way did you?
No experience with airshocks apart from using them to level a stationwagon that was loaded to the hilt. Dont know if they would be of any use on a light vehicle like a zuk....
