Normally they don't play up to much in Picton... weird
Either way for non vehicle specific electric window problems...
The switches can play up but not usually both. Pull one of the switches off and there should be a three pin plug behind it (more likely on the passengers side, the drivers one having multiple switches could have a more complicated switch).
One pin should have 12V on it when the key is on and other two will be for up and down. Join the 12V pin with the other two pins one at a time and the window should go up or down. If this works then see if you can get into the switch and clean the contacts.
Windows will be fused but normally all windows would not work if it was a fuse.
If this doesn't work and the motor does it will be a connection somewhere or perhaps a relay if they have one or a control unit that might need replacing if you can't get inside it.

I have found that the most common problem is dirty contacts in the switches which can be pried apart and cleaned.
There is no mechanical problem so difficult that it cannot be solved by brute strength and ignorance.
