Gidday,
The rear end is sitting a bit low on my ute. Would I need to get new leafs, or just get extended shackles??
Something like this perhaps?

Re: Hilux sagging rear end
Extended shackles will lift it back up but will encourage laterial movement in rear diff. Cos your springs have flattened out extended shackles will also make the suspension softer in the rear. Great if your after good flex but not so great if you carry heavy loads.

Re: Hilux sagging rear end
You can also look into the idea of helper coils.
These sit between the chassis rail and your existing spring pack. I made some up for my old 60 series coozer and they were great, (and best of all, really cheap if you do it yourself)

Ugly is a state of mind..... and the state of my truck!
