WTB: Daihatsu 2.8dt? -engine failure

hi
Had an engine failure on the weekend, has anyone out there got a going daihatsu 2.8dt off a 90 rugger.
If i cant find anything will be hunting for a 4wd motor and box to throw in and do away with the rugger box and transfer case.

open to any options or ideas
