lifted rear springs

if you buy lifted rear springs do they travel up in the body as much as the wheel would have before the lift or is it promintly down ward travel

yep they will keep traveling up as far as the old ones did untill something bottoms out, the axle hits the bump stops, the tyres fowl or the shock travel bottoms out
