resetting springs is never a long term answer they will resag very quickly

use that money towards a decent set of springs OME would be my choice after having used a few other sets

Leave them flat dude you get way more flex with them try thinking about body lift instead Just my2c worth

I dont really know much about hilux springs and this might not really apply because Hilux springs sit pretty flat being SOA and all my trucks have had curved springs being SUA but what you find when you get them set up higher than factory the distance eye to eye decreases which pulls your shackle angle around and decreases your amount of down travel and you also start having problems with shackles flicking back and inverting and ultimately ends up with the mainleaves bending coz they cant flex :x

im already goin to put body lift in this truck and want around 5 inch lift in total and im sure OME springs cost an arm and a leg so was leading towards an affordable option....

If you havent got the money to spend dont forget to factor in the cost of the 4 longer shocks you'll probably need with the suspension lift

il only be gettn them reset 2 inch and have factored that in and my near new koni that are in the truck have more than enuf travel for the mean time, i think ill just do bodylift and see how i go, looking at trail gear springs from the u.s , heard they sag after about 6 months and then settle, theyre about $300 a pair nz which are far more affordale
