Uneven tyre wear

This is happening to the left front tyre on my truck. It is the outside edge that is wearing, should I take it to get an alignment done, or can you adjust it yourself?

(Its the one that states faulty suspension, or incorrect alignment)

Take it in, it is pretty cheap to get done and you won't be forking out for new tyres as often
