There isnt one. Id start by first searching the interwebs because there are a thousand build threads on it.

Then after that Id look at what axles you want to use. A vitara has a 57.5"wms. Samurais are 52.5 so that rules that option out as they are too narrow. This leaves two options. Building a wider samurai housing (which requires new axles, new axle tubes alignment bars etc etc) or move onto another brand. This now means that you have to also swap the backend. A hilux housing is 55.5" wms which is still narrower than a standard zuk, so it requires an IFS hub swap in order to gain the required width. After you've sorted the front end out, a rear axle swap is now on the cards due to varying ratios and stud patterns between zuks and hiluxes. This requires alot of cutting shit, grinding shit, drilling shit and finally welding shit. After that shit is done its time to move onto small things like brakelines, drifeshafts, springs shocks and more expensive shit.

After the axle swap is done its time to buy new wheels and tyres as the existing ones will be way too small and wrong stud pattern. This requires another 2k or so. And after that you'll probably break hilux cv's again so factor in another $1500 for longfields.

At the end of the day, I would not expect it to be any cheaper than atleast 10k if not more, and that can buy you a whole lotts zuk cv's

Well said Tu's, One of the cheapest ways is to sell it and buy something else, or the cheapest way is to use less throttle.

This is why I got rid of my Escudo and went back to the Samurai, sick of breakin diffs and cv's

Talk to Mike at winch.co.nz. He wich challenges a turboed 1600 Vit and after trashing a few CVs has found a mod that seems to be helping. Unless you have the skills to SAS it yourself, the advice above about selling is on the money
Toy - Zuk chassis tub, hilux 4.88 axles and transfer, Nissan CA18DE motor and auto trans, sc12 supercharger, 32 10'5 simex, twin motor 8274 custom freespool. Well the parts are all there in various corners of the shed

Could fit a toyota ifs front (cut off the chassis and weld it in or modify the bracketry for the ifs stuff - the toyota ifs diff fits believe it or not). Do a search online for it.

I put a v6 diff in my escudo just had to change the crownwheel and pinion so
the ratio was still the same. I found i was snapping the short side spine off in the diff and as soon as i put the new diff in no issues ever again even with 32" simexs and welded front diff.
