Isuzu 3.1TD and 5-speed for sale

Post by SupraLux »

Selling the motor... need more power (not! :) ) But I've found a V8 and I want it

Its had the head done recently (receipts for over $1500 spent within the last 5000km) and is in good running order with around 130,000km's on it. It would suit someone with a blown motor, or even someone doing an auto to manual conversion (I'll throw in the driveshafts and anything else needed as well)

Complete engine and box, btw... fan to driveshafts, alternator, starter, power steer... the works... even the electrics (diesel related ones anyway) if needed and probably the reco'd radiator as well for some beer :)

Will split - $2k for the motor, $1k for the box - but only if I can't sell the complete thing first.

besides - 304 with 4-stage auto and hilux t/c behind should have plenty of crawlawbility :)

...and the noise... the loud pedal makes a lovely noise :D

Moving to petrol for the onroad? or so you can break stuff like rik?

it would be nice to see how it all fits tho there is not a lot of space in a MU.

Good luck on it. And we need to hear it's first start.

There was a 13b with a 5 speed and a torque convertor trialing in the 80s,
It had air adj suspension all run from air cond pump and 4 wheel independant.
Steve, as Doddze is going to say check any Marks adaptors for true, 3 out of 4 have been out for me plus his 1 as well.

*bump*

Need this gone now - will separate the box and the engine... Make me an offer I can't refuse :) The box will come complete with pedals, flywheel, clutch master and slave... everything to manual convert an auto - will even swap a centre console with someone if they are doing a MU or Wizard...

Yeah - the Dellows gear is much sexier, but I want to keep the TH700R so will need to go Marks as no-one else does an auto to Hilux T/C adaptor that I can find...
