snorkel on a escudo

Post by 89surf »

just putting a home made job snorkel on my escudo can you get a pipe from the intake of the airbox that goes into a round pipe cause the factory pipe that comes out is like a half circle and a flat bit on bottom or is there any other ways around this

cheers

With my snorkel I had to remove that part and plumb the snorkel straight into the air box, that has a round fitting. My snorkel's made by Airflow but I think is a commonly done with most snorkel setups.

Would it be worth getting some pvc that is roughly the right size, heat it up with a heatgun and bend to shape ?
