Post by Dr_PC »

Well only 3 weeks till the 1st round at Inglewood so must be time to start the rebuild. All panels off new panels cut to shape and reattached, Dont forget to paint where needed before reattaching. Rear suspension to redesign and rebuild. New signage to be cut and fixed. Yep we will be there, only a little list of things to do

Working Sat, and now working Sun Day and Night shifts. Stink.

So much for going to have a looksee at the Manukau Winch Challenge!
May the sun shine on your backs, and panels stay attached to your wagons.

Stayed home all day with a horrible cold.

But I still managed to spray the RHS wing in the engine bay with black engine paint, sort out all the stuff from the back and get it ready for a 4wd trip.

Now I just need to get the master cylinders done - they are in the shop now, will be early next week I get them back.
And then take to to Mag and Turbo to get the front brakes done.

Then it should be relatively driveable, and ready to have a home-made lift kit designed and fitted... :D

Got my new tyres on friday

33x10.5 Silverstone MT-117's :)

Will get them fitted this week some time.

But might need to do a bodylift as they will rub quite bad at flex but we will see.

Got my old lady a Mitsi Galant for $500 and fixed that up for its wof today.
(Only failed on water in the headlight thismorning 10/10/11)

and fitted radio's (PRS & CB) back into the Bighorn.

Cheers Phraza for heading to Woodhill for me to see if Roger has those parts ready. Much appreciated.

Headed out to Glenbervie Forest to do a bit of Mountain Biking good day didnt break anything and did the "The Bluff" dam what ride haha

Hey Al, hows tricks up north? yeah tis for a Zuk, I remember Linda's one ALWAYS needed something done each time, last time the Safari 'failed' on spots of water in the headlight otherwise it would have gone though clean last time too.
