Rims for 31x10.5x15 tyres ?

Im going to get some 31s for my suzuki to go with the 3" calmini kit and was wondering what size rims are required for this. Calmini say a 15x7 inch rim with a backspacing of 2.5 to 3 inches. Iv heard some people say the 15x7 is too narrow is a 15x8 better ? And also how much off set is required -20 enough. Advise appreciated or people who have done similar.

We fitted 15x8 with 19mm offset.

used to run all our 31s on 7 inch rims. the 31s on the old mans 60 series are on 8s but they look streched.
on 7s it helps keep the profile high and lets the tyre bag better when using lower pressures

I know its late, but Im running 33's on 7 inch rims on TANK lwb pajero, no worries yet. Its only a beach buggy though..

For reference sake, the recommended width for them was 8-10inch (sumitomos)
