i have now set myself a deadline, i booked the certification in for the 5th of december to get myself motovated to do get this truck finished
but ever since everything has turned to shit
went to put the front diff together and i both of my pinion nuts (inc the one for the rear)
so had to wast an hour or so to whip up some new ones but learnt my lesson and made them from high tensile

then i started work on the shackel reversal

then when i put the weight on this happened

you can also see there would have been little upward travel aswell so i had to put the extra leaf back in

bye bye ride comfort
then it was time to put the diff head in

and now i have noticed the castor angle is wrong and the front driveshaft is too short so the front housing will be coming back out and ill be making a new drive shaft
