brother has a 1KZ 2000 hilux, and wants too know what size tyres will fit? I was thinking probably 33's with slight lift? And would standard shocks be all good with 2" extended shackles?
Cheers

Mines sitting on factory springs with 265 75 r16s (32) so with another inch or two cant see why 33 wouldnt fit

265/75/16'S fit my '96 with very minor rubbing when turning and going over bumps. Fixed by fitting '99 tall springs (4runner).

you'd have to take the shocks out and measure their extended/compressed travel up against the suspension travel to see if they'll still fit, I've had a few sets that have been too short in some of my old cruisers and I've ended up ripping them apart

Try the round black ones. I find the square ones cause guard rub
Dont follow me. i'll get stuck and need a tow..

so heres mine manage to get photo bucket to work, it had f rear springs when i brought it so got some 2nd hand sr5 springs as they bit softer then 5l model truk, the put bj spaces in front to get it level, going to get spacers or shackels for rear to sit it up an extra inch then wind torsion bars to suit. its on 265 75 r16s but have had 285 75 r16s on it and they fit but have rub when turning and flexing rear diff. hope this helps
