Won't be buying one of those manifolds. Even though they are cheap, it certainly isn't worth the hassle. DSR don't sell the manifolds anymore, saying that the Chinese aren't trustworthy, and stole their design Will get mine from Ebay (same as DSR) when I decide to go ahead with it.
I got the offroader manifold turbo kit with external waste gate and plastic snorkel and found Brett there pretty good to deal with, they didn't have the snorkel or rear turbo exhaust flange at the time I bought it, but did courier both to me later and rang me to say the flange was going to be longer than indicated. The manifold definately needed machining on the faces and the corner cut off but the bolts lined up, just. Another guy in town had a dsr manifold but had to take it off and machined flat after a bit of use as it warped. Think it's all a bit of luck with anything made in china.
On behalf of Offroader and Scarles LTD we have spoken to Taz on the phone and the issue regarding manifold problems and other issues has been resolved and we are happily dealing with Taz with our product.
We are in huge development of a actual bolt on Safari Turbo kit, which we will be doing at a special price to offroader express members. Watch this space!
thanks for the leads on the vents guys. We now have a spunky new FCO store in the 'tron and have sorted some from there. The only other ones I could find were at Bunnings and Mitre 10 and didnt really tickle me.

The tractor link wont last. I used one (or one end at least) in the A arm on my rear diff in my off road only W/C truck. 3 years and maybe 200km later it is sloppy as and the whole back end clunks side to side. They are just not made of strong enoug steel to resist the wear. I though this was going to be road legal too? cant see a certifier liking it either
Toy - Zuk chassis tub, hilux 4.88 axles and transfer, Nissan CA18DE motor and auto trans, sc12 supercharger, 32 10'5 simex, twin motor 8274 custom freespool. Well the parts are all there in various corners of the shed

Have read alot about the use of tractor top links, and it was mostly negative? with the price to have done with 3/4" heavy rod ends and 32mm or larger tube by Andrew Murphy http://www.trademe.co.nz/Members/Listings.aspx?member=18962 or similar, I personally didnt see the point in having to replace a damaged part due to wear caused during normal operation. My 2c anyway.
