 mine hasn't seen that since 2001
Started re designing the storage/draw layout in the rear of the truck.
Sick and tired of a heavy wheel hanging off the rear door and obstructing the view...(flippin big 35's)
So its now laying on the rear floor and building a composite drawer system around it.
Note: My old drawer system will be offered for sale shortly... 8)

got pulled over today for a "random reg wof and ruc check" cop then gave me a verbal warning to remove my balls that I have under rear of truck and that if he says me one more tim with them he will remove them and that my tjm brush bars have to be removed as they are not airbag compatable? dont understand why a fleetcompany(owner before me) would put them on a fleet vehicle if they dont comply but now I have to take them off :(

I'd say he just doesn't like 4wds. He can't order them off unless he has the correct qualifications and/or has evidence to prove they not compatible.

sounds like hes a dick   ,he cant do anything about the balls, they're not illegal,he might have a point about the bush bars but as said there's ways to make them legal,go double check them with local certifier and get a written statement they're fine and compatible then next time he pulls you over say here you go sir,all legal and have a good day

nothing pisses me off more than cops picking on people for no good reason,no wonder they don't have enough time to deal with real crime like a billion trucks being stolen etc

to be compatible it must have a sticker on it. Check to see if in fact it is compatible and the sticker just hasnt been removed.

I dont get how they can or can't be airbag compatible. don't airbags run of an inertia switch or something anyways?
also lol at him making you remove balls or something. put another few sets under there. lol.
sounds like a knob. straight outta cop college rookie? those are the worst.

Go and have a chat to TJM (Fully Equipped are the agents), get them to confirm the bars are ok. you would have been pulled up on wofs if they were not compliant. may be worth checking with your wof guy as well. Get stuff in writing if you can. maybe worth discussing/complaining at local police station (ie not the one that pulled you over) if it all checks out.

Airbag compatibilty is on the front bar where the airbag sensor is not the side bars or the rear bars.

Went on Woodhill patrol with Drurban today.
Drove all the virgin tracks.
Had Andy3542 and Hilux Dan on board.
Meet Churchill there too.
Drove up some hills and down.
Churchill broke a rear drive shaft.
Drurban smoked his clutch.
First time it was dry enough to drive this 5 week old track.
First one to climb this
Then everyone gave it a go with mixed results :?

Cheers,
I keep looking for the loose nut behind the wheel, but I can't find it!!

me I then reversed it and then it was all sweet.
Here is my attempt of the un-drivable Hillclimb

Here is Sibainmuds climb from different angle

But YEAH BOI THE MU MADE IT UP ON FIRST ATTEMPT

Just need to practice un beading......
Scored some mags and good tyres for my bubble car.....Looks sweet !!
Well sweeter than before

Peeled off the exo, front gaurds and body. Removed fule tank so it could get reworked into a shape that works better around the rear axle. Also pulled out the rear axle and made 4 new links that are 80mm longer, then painted it and put it all back together. Just waiting on the rear driveshaft and all will be good again. Might paint it while the cage is off and sort the winch and rear battery box.
Ugly is a state of mind..... and the state of my truck!

its a 2k primer/filler paint. will probably need a flat clear over it
my mrs hates the colour but i like it, the more coats it gets the darker it is

Had a pretty casual weekend... Spent saturday helping a mate make a 3" exhaust got halfway then decided to call it a night.

Went and looked at a new property today, sick of living in town. Found a nice place in a rural area with a bit of land (unfortunately, cant 4wd on it  )
