Me too, Sunday is the day for me.
Saturday will probably be spent helping Jerry around the Wainui coast.

Yeah sorry I'm just playing with the tripsheets that we will need for the newsletters for the ORE Assn Insurance, idea is to have it for both ORE & ORE Assn trips, eg Anyone leading a trip fills this out and we post under a trip section? and also published in our newsletter (also looking at) guessing a pdf version on the site would suffice...would we need a ORE and a ORE Assn one?

Have suggested Stinky (Marty) do the basic checks and a quick briefing then leads everyone in to the Hutt. Plus I get lost easily.....how long to get to the hut? 30 mins? Meet at 10.30?

It will take about 20min to get into the hut.

Wacko is the trip leader and this trip is not a ORE Assiosation so shouldnt he give the drivers briefing and decide on the regulations of the trip?

I though it would be better if we all met up at 930, head in there together so no-one gets lost then Wacko can do his trip leader thing

ok. towhooks are a must! be prepared for damage. its a primo place! lots of tracks. there are 14 beds in the hut. so we are going to need to know how many people are staying the night. i suggest even if not staying in the hut make a donation? there is a feild that a few tents could be put up on. also please put up how people will be in each vehile so we can get an idea of how much bread etc to buy. its gona be a great weekend! cant wait!

Sorry I meant Stinky give a quick drivers briefing for those coming in on the Sunday at cnr moonshine & haywards as I'm assuming Wacko will already be in the bush and a full briefing will be given then when we all meet up ?

So whats the story with the other stuff, pots, hungi stones, eating irons, crap paper, rubbish bags, boom box, fuel for generator. Tattoo kit  Prince Albert Do it yourself kit.

Forgetting anything? I can bring most of that stuff. Only have a small fuel can, no real boom box.
