going thompsons (te aroha side) with a mate on sunday who has just bought a "ready built" truck and wants to give it a try out, wont be a hard out trip just a day out driving. if anyone interested we are meeting in morrinsville at 10 outside the petrol station on the main road (near the big nissan dealership) or at the entry to thompsons around 10.40...black and grey safari and a blue surf, neither of us know thompsons that well so if you want to come along you are more than welcome...

nothing hard up there. there is water filled rutted section 50 metres or so in, water filled holes on the track, some are deep so speed down will help
