That thing will drive over a parked car side ways. Nice work. Do you know where the best place is to get 40 swampers if so what price.

hey guys yea update coming soon been working on it today,mounted the front hydro bumpstops and started the front panard,also choped all the weak factory front cross member and replaced it with some 65x65 RHS so theas a bit of strength for the bar work and winch. pics to come. and as for the 40s rick from 4wd accesiories here in christchurch is sorting it all out for me

Checked out 4wd accessorys. They have some good prices on Maxxis Trepador 37" & 40" oh how I want 40s. Still have to much life yet In my zuk's 36s simex's to change.
keep the picks comming.
I think once you are running 40's you jump from zuk to monster truck.
Latest mod, pin stripes, hit the same branch I did on the way in on the way out.

How much were the 40" trep's?
Toyota Landcruiser FJ40, front and rear lockers, 35" simex.
Toyota FJ45 build in progress.
Tires are like boobs, they always look big until you have played with them for a while, then you just want a bigger set.

ring rick and have a chat hes always willing to help out,from memory they were around $800 a tyre for treps in a 40 but that was a while ago now,decided ta go with the swamper as they are a bit cheaper and are readyly available (as in they dont have to make them to order)

not to sure to be honest mate will have to measure and get back to you,for all thoes that have been waiting heres some more pics,trucks now ready to head out to kaipoi repowers to have the engine put in and tuned,brakes (and fiddle brakes) fuel lines and a few other bits and bobs done.ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

these pics of the truck are with it lifted up to the max hight that the limit strap will allow.so no its not the actual ride height,ride height will be about half what the pics show

ok so got the truck loaded and out to kaipoi repowers this morning but now the shed looks emptyImage so i thort id better go out and get somthing to put back in it ImageImage so now iv got a set of tyres for this coming seasons winch challange series,just got exo cage,drive shafts,radiator,harnesses and a few other wee bits and bobs to finish when it gets back then its getting a new paint job,im thinking bright green with black bonet,exocage and roof with green rims and black beadlocks but im open to suggestions on what you guys and girls think

na nothing worth a mention yet,almost finished the brake lines including fiddle brakes all around,slow going but getting there
