Friday night: Install new extractors & new gasket. Burn off all the nice orange paint

Saturday:
Drain radiator, remove timing belt, adjust timing, install new belt and tensioner.
Remove rocker cover, measure and adjust valve clearance. Replace gasket. Replace coolant.
Runs like a bloody champ now. The timing was slightly off which must have been causing the car to be noticeably shakey at idle but that's cleared up.
Quite a difference in power since fitting the extractors and getting the timing sorted out.
That's pretty much it for maintenance, a few things worth doing when I can be bothered are the fuel filter, plug leads, new radiator (the fan has faceplanted it at some stage).
But I trust the truck to do a lot of mileage over the next few weeks now
