oil filter

I removed the oil filter on what I believe is a homy 1992 or so td27i and it look like a combination filter--having a tube inside the filter.I had a Nissan15208-43Goo,but it will not fit because the thread is too small.Is the RycoZ416 a combination filter? Thanks
