Wanted GQ TD42T flywheel

I need a turbo flywheel for the motor im putting in to my swb patrol as the safari i took it out of was auto also a td42 flex plate for when i put my old motor into the donor truck. Cheers Andy.

Good luck with that.

I phoned pretty much every wrecker and they all laughed and said good luck with that. Also had two of them put searches on their parts trader and nothing came back.

Apparently very hard to find.

Next best option (apart from trying to make one) was $800 new through Nissan.

In the end we had to go back to the old non-turbo block.

A customer at my work had one lost in the post to him , so ended up having to get one custom built to suit. Was done in christchurch, but I don't know who did it. Maybe someone on here may know??
Cost him $500 for the custom flywheel, I thought that sounded reasonable for custom built

hi you can buy these new aftermarket from BNT, think it is called a gq series 2 flywheel.

Thanks for the replys guys Ill look into the bnt one will see if its cheaper than the nissan one.

BNT were 1250+gst
Nissan were 600+gst
makes an easy choice for who to go with.
