ate too much, talked too much crap... loaded the ZJ, piled shit into the
Landy, hooked up the trailer ready for a quick load and escape in the early AM.... mitimiti hwc!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

UPDATE: 6.47am Monday 26/12 - Ive been ready to roll since 5:30. How do I get the bride out of bed without getting her all grumpy and stuff????

Right as some of you would know i have been cursed with the wifes entire family over the christmas period and how i have sufferd mostly in silence. Well today good news the brother in law Dick by name and nature decided to park his car at work and it got towed :lol: :lol: So me being nice said sorry nothing i can do he should have told me first ah revenge so so sweet.

Just arrived in Kaitia. 7Hrs on the road, 45L of diesel and lots music later 8) 8)

Off to the beach to set up camp for the night :mrgreen:

no camping this year clutch started to slip pull the trailer up the bombays hill :(
weather will turn to crap anyway

You still hanging tough there Pete? We bailed out yesterday back to Kohukohu. Weather was nasty, went for a blat up north hokianga head Wednesday into the dunes and swear it was 120k winds blowing sand horizontal, cant say Ive ever seen anything like it up there. I was exceedingly grateful for the roof and windscreen, the blokes with us were wishing for the same.

Will go find some mud tomorrow, shouldnt be too hard of a task

repaired a leaky hub seal while home and not offroad, clutch was adjusted twice by the guys that fitted it, still not happy may be a third and fourth adjust yet

How old the clutch?
I'd be questioning the quality of the clutch/workmanship if keeps slipping

Yep, toughed it out by hopping over to the East Coast. Good weather over at Great Exhibition Bay, don't wanna come home yet :lol:
