Thanks Ian
It makes the job take alittle longer when you're making up the cables as I needed to set each one up and mark the lugs in place to make sure the cables sat Okay because they have a mind of there own
I'm pretty stoked with the final result and will look at up grading a couple of the other cables aswell soon.
I rotated my winches gearbox the other day too, I've fitted the cable Free spool I designed to it so that I can now look at making up a front grill that will fit that doesn't need to much cut out of it

The Free spool works off a bike shifter from inside the cab and I've had the Clutch body I designed machined up for me by a friend. I've had it fitted to my Winch for the last 3 month's and had one small problem which I found from testing it.

I've made the necessary change to fix it and all seems to be working Okay now.

Here you can see the Free Spool Rotated back .

This the the Gear Shifter I've been testing with the Free Spool
I have fitted one of the Free Spool's (Tiger Tamer)to a Comp Truck from Christchurch and he Won the Club Class at Wellwood late last year
It's been working really well and I will look at getting a few made up for the guy's with the Single High Speed winches I'm selling. It's a simple design that I hope will help to make it strong and last!!
I'm on patrol at Woodhill next weekend and will test the new battery set up out fully then
Cheers Brett
