Red Rocks/South coast trip Tues 3rd jan

Anyone interested in doing a shiney Red Rocks trip this week before everyone goes back to work or next Saturday 7th Jan if everyones already gone back to work, was thinking mid week Tuesday ish once the weather has settled and gone back around to the norwest, I think the beer family are around at the beer bach so we may be able to stop off for a refreshment on the way :mrgreen:


Updated Details

Tuesday 3rd Jan
Meet Quarry carpark 10am
Bring lunch, kids, sunblock, dive gear etc and all that sort of shit
Usual PRS Ch10
No hooning the coast is only a touring place

Yep, sometime around Mudy1s days are good. Will try to stay on 4 wheels this time.

where the visitor centre is now (used to be a quarry :wink: )

its the entrance to the Red Rocks/South Coast, go up Brooklyn Hill, down Happy Valley Rd to Ohiro Bay, turn right and follow the road along the coast line till you get to the end of the road, look out the window and you'll find yourself in the old quarry carpark, failing that meet up with Possum somewhere and follow her :D

fantastic day round the coast :mrgreen: i must say it was very relaxing, bit of a shame it was to rough for fishing but there is always next time.
then there was the trip home...... omg we bunny hopped most of the motor way pulled off a couple of times the the bloody truck would run ok for all of about 3mins :roll: the kids laughed all the way home :lol: :lol: :lol:

yeah it was a bloody cracker day around there in the sun today, my flatdeck was around there.... as in the flatdeck off the back of my truck, kev borrowed it to stick on the back of his 70 series cab chassis untill he gets around to building himself one :mrgreen: :lol:
