Runva winch seal help.

Hey guys, taken my winch apart to service it and for some reason the large seal that runs against the drum to seal the motor side has ripped/shredded for some reason?? So water has been getting in.. Any chance anyone knows where i could find one of those large odd seals, tryed Mike but doesnt have anything in sock. Cheers Ben

If your in welly go to Pacific Seals and they will make you one.Ask for a price first,goodluck.

Seal imports, Seal house, advanced seals, auckland bearings come to mind.

Bummer about the seal Ben, but looking forward once it is all together it will look way different.

How long did Mike say he would have seals in stock???

Cheers for the replys, tryed auckland bearings today - no luck. Will try seal imports. Yeah Ruben it should look good, the paint has turned out mint so far hopefully it wont flake off like the orignal stuff!! :roll:

I have some winch drum seals for our winches, not sure if they will fit. :D

Can you post a picture and put up some sizes and I'll check to see if they might work for you. :roll:

Not the best pic. Anyway roughly measures from the back 110mm o/d, 100mm i/d. the ring that sits in and hold the seal to the housing is about 4mmx4mm, hope that makes sense. Cheers
