Sounds very much like a fuse, have you tested continuity of the fuses with a multimeter or just had a look?
Have you added any electrical equipment lately? eg. new headunit or spotlights.

did the lights stop working straight after you fitted the head unit? If so, check your fuses again, any chance you picked up a wire under the dash to use for stereo earth?

Yea thats what I was thinking Smurf. Get a multimeter and pull every fuse, check continuity as sometimes they dont look broken.

Hope you get it sorted

im not sure if this will help but i know a guy who bought a mitsi lancer off his mate and the park/tail lights didnt work but the indicaters and brake lights did, the problem was the previous owner thought he could be smart and wire up the radio himself, turns out the earth of that was wired up to the power of the horn or the tail lights or something stupid like that so every time u turn the car on it shorts out and blows fuses hahah :lol: :lol:

yeah alot of vehicles have issues after sterio installs if not done correctly,i know 5 mates that have done it :lol: ,and 1 was a sparkie :lol: :lol: ,double check all your wiring and where you got it from
1990 surf 350 chevy jacked up and currently under construction again
