New to forum

Post by Coljag »

Hi,
my name is Colin (Coljag) and I am from Whangarei. I have been a member of the Whangarei 4WD club since 1976 (am I that old!) and have done all sorts of 4 wheeling, club, shiney, trials etc. My wife (Heather) and I have just bought another Jeep and are trying to get more involved in non-damaging type of off roading, after having bought a business where we have not had the time to get out.
New truck is a 2000 TJ Wrangler with a few small modifications to give it some personality. 4" lift, 33" tyres, Sway bar disconnects, Transfer case drop, you know the stuff. We also have a 1991 Suzuki Escudo with 40mm lift and 30" tyres for our town runabout.
We are looking forward to getting away camping and seeing more of this great country of ours before we all are forced to drive formed roads only!
We are new to this forum and not too computer savvy so please bear with us as we learn.
Cheers

Welcome to the forum.

Your old truck is taking shape nicely, I took her out for a blast on Saturday to see how she went and i was very impressed and cant wait for the next run.

Its still pink and green!! but maybe not for long, I have my image to uphold!! :D
